- The course is structured into four levels (Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced). Each of the levels has a duration of 10 weeks (the study period) and the course in total is 40 weeks.

- Successful completion of this course may allow the student to study other ELICOS courses or Vocational Education and Training or Higher Education courses.
